Sets $z$ -components of the evaluation points. PointsZ must have the same length as PointsX and PointsY in order to define a list of points. However, one exception is allowed: When PointsZ is a single value, this fixes the $z$ -component for all points.

Coordinates are expressed in meters $\units{m}$ .

Note

The UnitOfLength scaling affects only quantities defined in layout.jcm. Values provided for this parameter are not automatically rescaled. Ensure consistency with the selected UnitOfLength.
