This section allows to address the specific LayerInterface above the Layer.
In this section boundary properties and the global position of the layer interface can be set. This section also allows to construct 3D geometries with non-orthogonal side-walls in 
-direction. This is done by re-assigning parameterization values from the 2D section of the layout, see GeometryValues.
