RelPermittivityInLayers

Type:Matrix<complex>
Range:[v_11, …, v_1j; …; v_i1, …; v_ij]
Default:-/-
Appearance:optional

This matrix contains the relative permittivities for each layer. Each row must contain N+2 entries where N corresponds to the number of layers. The materials are ordered in illumination direction, i.e. the first column correspondes to the material properties on the incident side, followed by the layers and concluded with the material property in the half-space on the transmission side. Accounting for dispersion is possible by providing material data for M different Lambda0. In this case the data for all layers must be provided as matrix with each row defining the material properites for the corresponding wavelength in the Lambda0 vector. In this case the matrix must have M\times(N+2) complex entries.
